The recording already received two important international cd-prizes, the Diapason d'Or and the Pizzicato Super Sonic Prize.

Schubert/Rasmussen "Sakontala" on cd
The spring of 2008 saw the Carus Verlag publication of the first recording of Karl Aage Rasmussen's reconstruction of Franz Schuberts opera "Sakontala" (Carus83.218). The production is based on the world premiere in Metzingen (Stuttgart) with the Stuttgart Chamber Choir and the Deutsche Kammerphilharmonie Bremen conducted by Frieder Bernius. Soloists include Simone Nold, Martin Snell, Konrad Jarnot, Stephan Loges and Donát Havár.
