Summermusic

Rasmussen was artistic co-director for the festival Summermusic at Fuglsang 20-24th of August. Fuglsang is a grandiose manor house on the island of Falster in the south-eastern part of Denmark. Carl Nielsen was a frequent guest here, he composed some of his music here and his music was at the center of the festival. The newly opened Museum of Art at Fuglsang showed sculptures by Nielsen's wife Anne Marie as part of a large scale exhibition presenting vitalism in Danish art.
